Privacy Policy

Welcome to  Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using, which will be referred to in this document as the “Site”. By using this Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the linked Terms of Use.  This Site is owned and operated by Studio Find It, Inc, which will be referred to in this document as “SFI”.   If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please exit this Site.  This policy was revised on January 15, 2014 and is effective for all users.

  1. Introduction.  SFI strives to offer visitors to their Site the many advantages of Internet technology and to provide an interactive and personalized experience. This policy covers how SFI treats personally identifiable information and other information that the Site collects, stores, and receives, including information related to your use of the Site’s services. Personally identifiable information is information about you such as your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. Please note this policy applies only to information collected by the Site and does not impact information collected or obtained by its affiliates through other means. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that the Site does not control.
  2. Gathering user information.  How the Site collects and stores information depends on the page you are visiting, the activities in which you elect to participate and the services provided. You can visit many pages on the Site without providing any information. Other pages may prompt you to provide information, such as when you register for access to portions of the Site, or request certain features (e.g., newsletters, updates, and other products). The Site may combine information that SFI collects with information obtained from third parties and affiliates.Like most websites, the Site also collects and stores information automatically and through the use of electronic tools that may be transparent to visitors. For example, the Site may log the name of your Internet Service Provider, your IP address, and information provided by and about your Internet browser. The Site may also use “cookie” technology. Among other things, the Site may utilize cookies or other tracking technology for the purposes of storing your user name and password, to spare you from having to re-enter that information each time you visit. Moreover, the Site may collect and store data concerning the pages on the Site that you view, as you navigate to various pages on the Site. Because SFI is aware of the content appearing on the pages that you view, it is possible that the Site will be able to make relatively accurate assumptions about your interests and preferences from this navigational information collected. As additional technology is adopted, the Site may also gather information through other means.  In certain cases, you can choose not to provide SFI with information, for example by setting your browser to refuse to accept cookies, but doing so may limit your ability to access certain portions of the Site or may require you to re-enter your user name and password, if applicable. Additionally, the Site may not be able to customize certain features according to your preferences.
  3. User information utilization.  The Site collects information to enhance your visit and deliver more individualized content. For example, SFI may use personally identifiable information collected on the Site to communicate with you regarding the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, services offered by the Site, or other SFI affiliates and partners; to attribute content that you make (“User Content”) available through the Site; to contact you about your content; to customize the content you see; for the purpose for which the information was collected; to process and respond to inquiries; to improve the content and navigability of the Site; to alert you to new features of the Site, special events, products and services; to generate anonymous and/or aggregated reporting; to enforce the legal terms that govern your use of the Site; or to engage you in any other topics or matters SFI thinks you might find of interest. SFI may also use the navigational information collected and store on your viewing habits, along with any additional information you supply to SFI, to supply you with services you request, or Site content or User Content that you view in order to enhance your visit (e.g., to tailor content to better suit your interests or needs). SFI reserves the right to share this information with SFI affiliates, including for example affiliated websites, and any entities which SFI or one of its subsidiaries operates or in which SFI or one of its subsidiaries has an ownership interest or which are commonly managed by or with a SFI subsidiary (collectively, “Affiliates”); and with agents who may provide services or communicate with you on SFI’s behalf.  This policy does not apply to any Affiliate’s, or third-party contractors’ use of such information.  Personally identifiable information collected by the Site may also be used for other purposes including but not limited to site administration and troubleshooting. Certain third parties who provide technical support for the operation of the Site (e.g. SFI’s web hosting service), or who provide email management, third-party content, promotions management or other services also may access such information.  SFI may aggregate and/or anonymize information collected by or through the Site, so that the information does not identify you. As one example, SFI may combine information about your navigation or usage patterns with similar information obtained from other users to learn which pages are visited most or what features on the Site are most attractive. SFI may use aggregated and/or anonymized information, and may disclose it to Affiliates and third parties, without limitation.  SFI stores all User Content in the Site’s database, even after “deletion,” and may be archived elsewhere.  Additionally, SFI stores all the Site’s web logs and other records indefinitely.  Registered users can access and update their User Content through the My Account section of the Site.
  4. User information sharing and disclosure.  SFI may share your information with any Affiliate or agents who may provide services or communicate with you on SFI’s behalf.  SFI may disclose your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process, or to establish or exercise SFI’s legal rights or to defend against legal claims.  SFI may disclose your information when it necessary or desirable in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations or the Terms of Use, and/or to protect SFI’s rights and property.SFI may also share your information, whether aggregated and/or anonymized or not, with any contractors with which SFI or an Affiliate may have a relationship.  As SFI continues to develop their business, they may sell, buy, merge or partner with other companies or businesses. In such transactions, user information may be among the transferred assets.
  5. Protecting user information. SFI attempts to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your personal information. The Site’s servers are protected by reasonable physical and electronic security measures.
  6. Opting out.  The quality content and information on the Site is marketed through outside advertising and a controlled program of email marketing. If you are a registered user with the Site, you can expect to receive periodic emails including but not limited to information regarding your account, upcoming promotions and changes to the Site.  If you prefer not to receive email communications sent directly from SFI, you will be given an opportunity to opt out by sending a message via the Contact Us Page or emailing SFI at

For example, during your visit to the Site you may link to, or view as part of a frame on a page on the Site, certain content that is actually created or hosted by a third party. Also, through the Site you may be introduced to, or be able to access, information, websites, or features offered by other parties.
