Rental Process Overview

PRODUCTION PERSONNEL

ITEM OWNERS

1 - Inquire Inquire about items via email, phone or quote cart.  Remember to include the ideal rental dates.  We’ll immediately get back to you with availability and rate confirmation. Once a production inquires about your item(s), we’ll immediately contact you to discuss the dates and rate.  If your item(s) is available, we’ll let the production know and discuss the next steps.
2 - Scout If you or anyone on the crew would like to see the item(s) in person, let us know and we’ll schedule a no obligation scout. We recommend scheduling this in advance to get a day and time that works for everyone. If the production wants to view your item in person before committing to a rental, we’ll contact you to set up a scout. We encourage you to have your item(s) clean and presentable as there’s only one chance to make a first impression!
3 - Reserve Submit a P.O. including the Item #(s) and dates of the rental. Once we receive it, we’ll issue a boiler plate agreement and invoice for your review. Signed agreement(s), (if applicable) deposit/payment and insurance certificate(s) must be received before the first day of the rental. We’ll notify you ASAP when a production chooses your item(s). At that time, we’ll provide you with a rental agreement for your review. Once signed, you’ll be provided with an insurance certificate(s) covering your item(s) for the duration of the rental and (if applicable) a deposit/payment before the first day of the rental.
4 - Rent If an Item(s) needs to be transported to your production, you have the choice to arrange the shipping or to have us arrange it for you. All locations and certain other items may be accompanied by a rep to ensure proper care. All rentals undergo a check-out process to document condition.
